William Russell delivers on claims service

Customer claims survey reveals 95% customer satisfaction

International expatriate insurance specialist William Russell has announced the results of it 2007-08 customer satisfaction survey which reveals that 87 per cent of members surveyed have an excellent or good opinion of the company’s overall level of service.

The claims team was singled out for particular praise with 95 per cent of members reporting that they were very or reasonably satisfied with the service they received from the team when making a claim.

High levels of satisfaction were also reported for the simplicity of completing the claims form (86 per cent), speed of response (94 per cent) and speed of claims settlement (89 per cent).

The claims survey is sent to a sample of William Russell’s international health plan members who make a claim on their policy and the statistics are calculated from all returned surveys.

“We survey our members to make sure that our service levels are of the highest possible standard and to give our customers the opportunity to feed back any issues they may have experienced.

“I’m extremely pleased with the high levels of satisfaction that this year’s survey results have revealed, but we’re not resting on our laurels. We want to make sure that 100 per cent of our customers are happy with our service and will continue to strive to further improve our standards across the board.”
